- Cowash extensions and closure before installing with mild and sulfate-free conditioner. 

- Cowash extensions in a dipping motion (do not rub hair vigourously).

- Cowash extensions often (at least once every two to three weeks to clean from any build-up or debris). 

- Comb or brush hair from tip to root with a wide-tooth comb or denman brush. 

- Use heat protectant and use heat moderately (to keep hair pattern intact). 

- Use minimal oil and alcohol-based products to avoid drying out extensions. 

- Enjoy your extensions (when you look good, you feel good). 

 

- All virgin hair extension orders are processed and shipped out between 3-10 business days. 

- Extensions are not shipped on the weekend or holidays. 

- Custom wig orders used with TSQ's hair extensions are processed and shipped between 5-15 business days. 

- There are no refunds on extensions or wigs.

- Although all hair extensions go through a quailty check, mistakes do happen. Please contact customer service (info@thestitchqueen.com) IMMEDIATELY so we can determine if an exchange is necessary. If our company decides the extensions can be exchanged, they cannot be unraveled, cut, colored, or altered in any way. *** Hair exchanges must occur within 3 days of receiving your order.

Custom wig orders: Please ensure your head measurements are accurate before submitting them to complete your order. Please ensure you select the correct extension type and length before completing your order. ***An addtional fee will be assessed if the wig's measurements must be altered after being completed.
